Presentation included Emergency First Aid Treatments with Forest Plants, a three-hour onsite, hands-on program.
July 11 – 14, 2014 Kootenay Herb Conference; Creston, B.C. Presented Understanding and Using Plant Phytochemicals in Formulating Salves. Also presented a day long Intensive workshop, Wild Food from the Forest. Fifteen students learned about and gathered roots, berries and mushrooms from the surrounding area. Using the foods gathered and staples available from the conference kitchen, the group prepared a wild harvested feast for fifty attendees at the close of the conference.
November 8 – 10, 2013 Presented a three-day workshop on Cancer ~ Natural Alternatives at Mavens’ Haven, Lucile, Idaho. Darcy’s presentations included cooking classes and sauna therapy, plus identifying and harvesting tumor inhibiting polypore.
