October 24- 26, 2018 BSU Osher Lifelong Learning three-day seminar hands-on introduction to Boise’s native and invasive medicinal plant species. 

July 7 - 8, Sawtooth Botanical Gardens Wind River Medicinal Plants field trip and workshop.

July 17 – 19, 2015 Alberta Herb Gathering at Pigeon Lake, Edmonton, Canada.

Presentation included Emergency First Aid Treatments with Forest Plants, a three-hour onsite, hands-on program. 

July 11 – 14, 2014 Kootenay Herb Conference; Creston, B.C. Presented Understanding and Using Plant Phytochemicals in Formulating Salves. Also presented a day long Intensive workshop, Wild Food from the Forest. Fifteen students learned about and gathered roots, berries and mushrooms from the surrounding area. Using the foods gathered and staples available from the conference kitchen, the group prepared a wild harvested feast for fifty attendees at the close of the conference.

November 8 – 10, 2013 Presented a three-day workshop on Cancer ~ Natural Alternatives at Mavens’ Haven, Lucile, Idaho. Darcy’s presentations included cooking classes and sauna therapy, plus identifying and harvesting tumor inhibiting polypore. 

May 24 – 26, 2013 Wild Food Fest with Darcy Williamson (Three days of Harvesting, Preparing and Savoring Wild Foods) It’s springtime, the beginning of wild culinary abundance. Seasonal treats lay at our feet, our appetites are whetted ~ let’s turn this wild food harvest into gourmet meals. Sell out event, Salmon River region central Idaho.
